We booked well-appointed room with a patio and could use wake-up service, available in it. The staff was reasonably good at all times.

Quiet atmosphere, incredibly kind employees in assisting with my family emergency situation. Central location, relatively near Tower Life Building.

It's a wonderful place, fairly clean. The units were immaculately clean in lower floors. The staff are courteous, the location is incredible. They have an Irish bar.

The vibe here was quiet. The room was great and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were fantastic and awesome yet not intrusive. It was in a riverside location, to the riverwalk which is the fastest route to get around the area.

Rooms comfortable, typical with desk, TV, windows, closet. Some trouble with safe programming. Building fancy, cathedral-like, den area nice. River view nice. Expensive valet parking. Staff very nice, attentive. Hotel quiet. Staff treat you like family, friendly faces, ask about day, offer cold water. Would not stay anywhere else. Great location near attractions. Best bed and pillows ever. Large, well-designed, clean rooms. Excellent food and bar staff. Minimalistic but tasty complimentary breakfast.

It had central location close to a scenic river.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Everything is exceptional here, had a great stay for wonderful vacation. It has outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind staff.

Marvellous location in the middle of everything ❤️, and 5 minute walk from The Alamo Fort. Also - just next door to the areas and sights, the old Majestic theater, and the riverwalk and a lovely place to stay in. Double room in lower floors. Great decoration.

Pretty and little place all in all, has wonderful staff at the reception desk. It is moderately priced. Absolutely gorgeous rooms have a great design. The location is marvellous and phenomenal, 1 mile from a three - block outdoor plaza. You could walk to a market and amazing stores. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the Irish bar.

The location was central, great for a theater and a cathedral located close to the hotel. The property was close to San Antonio downtown. The room was stylish and neat, included with a balcony, a Riverwalk view or balcony.

Location close enough to bars and noise, numerous restaurants and bars in the area and strolling the River Walk, and San Antonio's River Walk. Reasonably largeroom with a Riverwalk view and a Juliet balcony, for instance as advertised.

The staff were both courteous and polite. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with mini bar as well as a balcony. The restaurant was great and the food was excellent.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with fantastic and awesomestaff. The room is moderately priced. The service is top-notch, includes convenient parking. The location is great and phenomenal, just a pleasant stroll away from The Alamo History Museum.

The rooms of the hotel were airy and unique with comfortable elegant with comfortable mattresses. The location was marvellous and beautiful, next to San Antonio's Riverwalk, and the downtown attractions and close to a theater and a cathedral.
